Technical Intern

Base44 is on a mission to democratize software creation and completely transform how apps are built—allowing anyone, technical or not, to create applications using natural language. We're looking for a talented Technical Intern to join our engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll support our customers, contribute to our codebase, and help manage feature releases.

Technical Support:

Provide responsive technical support to users via various channels
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Document common problems and solutions
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary

Development & Release Management:

Assist in coding and testing new features
Help manage the release process for new features
Contribute to code reviews and quality assurance
Participate in bug fixing and performance improvements

General Technical Tasks:

Support the engineering team with day-to-day technical tasks
Help maintain development environments and tools
Assist with documentation of technical processes
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Basic programming skills in at least one modern language
Familiarity with web technologies and development workflows
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
